MCC is an independent, physician founded and operated critical care staffing group.

MCC consists of full-time intensivists with backgrounds in program development, community, and tertiary care hospital staffing. Through our partnerships with local and regional groups, we have the option to be selective and choose the most qualified clinicians, both physicians and APCs, to assist in filling staffing gaps.
